I feel so sory for the rangers who will be dealing with this B.S.

Congress passed legislation allowing loaded, colcealed firearms in national parks. The senate, knowing it could never actualy pass such a bill, atached it as a "rider" on the credit card reform bill that no one would dare vote no to. The senator responsible for this felt this to be a legitimate way to protect second amendmint rights. So apparently sneaky back door bull crap is OK so long as you know you're right, doesn't matter what any one else thinks.
